Lunch Break at Vega Restaurant between summer and autumn

Lunch Break at Vega Restaurant between summer and autumn

From Monday to Friday, lunchtime becomes a delicious and healthy experience at Vega Restaurant in Carinaro, featuring the refined creations of Executive Chef Agostino Malapena. Local ingredients and meticulous preparation maintain the philosophy of cozy family dining.

The business lunch, which complements the classic à la carte menu, includes "Terra" (Land) options, combining tradition, comfort, and flavor; "Mare" (Sea) options, combining freshness and Mediterranean essences; and "Light Lunch" options, including salads, buffalo mozzarella, tuna, culatello, or the "green protein" Caesar salad with a twist. Contemporary cuisine, attentive and thoughtful service, and an exclusive and private atmosphere, with customized meals available upon request, catering to all dietary needs.

For dinner, the Vega Restaurant in Carinaro transforms into a romantic, softly lit setting, where you can celebrate the happiest days together with a gourmet menu brimming with innovation and tradition, along with a wide selection of wines. With the end of summer and the approach of autumn, the events calendar includes the "Ciao Estate" party on September 25th, featuring a live show by Ciro Corcione, and "Flavours of Autumn" on October 16th, dedicated to the first fruits of the garden and the woods. Finally, "Domenica di Mammà" (Mother's Sunday) is an additional offering every Sunday, celebrating home-cooked recipes, including ragù, Genovese, eggplant parmigiana, and many other cult Neapolitan dishes.
