Restaurant Diablo celebrates this 18th with Chilean cocktails

Santiago, September 2026. September is synonymous with celebration, gatherings, and Chilean flavors. And this year, Diablo Vino & Fuego joins the lead-up to the 18th with a special program. It invites you to get together, toast, and kick off the celebrations in an atmosphere filled with music, fire, and the spirit of the Fiestas Patrias (National Holidays).

The menu features a selection of traditional Chilean cocktails specially prepared for the occasion. It includes two classics reinterpreted with the house signature: the Terremoto Pituco and a reinvention of a classic dessert into a cocktail: the Mote con Huesillo Sour.
