Mid-Autumn Festival at Sintoho: Immersive Ice and Fire Omakase, Sake Dinner, and Mooncake Set

From September 16th to 26th, Sintoho, the Asian restaurant and bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St.

On September 19 at 8:00 PM, "Ice and Flame" returns to Sintoho. Chef Badma Aduceev and sommelier Igor Smirnov will be present for the dinner, helping to reveal the flavor palette of the dishes and select the perfect wine pairings. Guests will enjoy several new, carefully crafted dishes, each part of a culinary journey. The omakase format: the chef keeps the menu secret and reveals it directly to guests. The dinner costs 22,000 rubles per person, including wine pairings. Advance reservations with 100% prepayment are required. The next dinner will take place on October 24.

The festive program will conclude with a sake dinner on October 2nd at 8:00 PM for 10 guests—a five-course set by Badma Aduceev with a signature sake pairing by Igor Smirnov. Guest speaker Sergey Pashchenko, a Japan expert with a Sake Sommelier Academy and WSET 3 certification, will discuss the drink's history, production regions, and traditions. A special highlight of the evening will be a limited-edition sake, presented especially for this dinner. The price is 18,000 rubles per person; the menu and pairing will remain secret until the dinner begins.
