They will be Chefs: second place in the “Aimo and Diana” award for the Cr. Forma at Palazzo Lombardia
The CFP Cr.Forma Cremona and Crema took second place in the third edition of the "Aimo e Nadia Award for Young People," a contest for aspiring chefs hosted at the Belvedere di Palazzo Lombardia and open to nine professional training centers from across the region.
The competition, promoted by the Aimo e Nadia Group in collaboration with the Lombardy Region, saw students compete in cooking, dining room, and pastry making, with the aim of transforming their talent into concrete professional opportunities through paid training programs and job placements in the restaurant industry.
This year's theme, "Feeding the Future: Culture, Awareness, Creativity," invited young people to interpret food as a cultural, educational, and identity-building tool, showcasing local ingredients, sustainability, and tradition with an eye toward innovation.
Cr.Forma stood out with a proposal centered on the reinterpretation of a great classic of Lombard cuisine, risotto, presented in a creative and contemporary way, capable of combining technique, territorial identity and gastronomic research.
AFOL from Pieve Emanuele (MI) took first place, while CFP from Casargo (LC) took third place.
The Crema center's results confirm the students' high level of preparation and the quality of the training program, in a context that aims to build a concrete bridge between school and the world of work in the food and wine sector.
