Kimberly Guilfoyle explores the Ionian Sea aboard a luxury superyacht

US Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle is enjoying a summer getaway in the Ionian Sea, visiting some of the region’s most popular islands with a group of friends.

Guilfoyle arrived in Meganisi on Saturday, where she dined at the well known Errikos restaurant in Vathy before spending time at the Odysseas bar in the marina. She was accompanied by embassy colleague Kate Zelle, international influencer and longevity expert Hofit Golan, Cypriot businesswoman Christina Panayi and fashion entrepreneur Ramona Philip Tornaritis.

Guilfoyle and her companions are staying aboard the spectacular catamaran This Is It, described as one of the world’s most luxurious charter yachts. Christina Panayi, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Hofit Golan The 43.5 metre vessel, owned by Cypriot businessman Tassos Papanastasiou, has before that hosted a number of internationally known guests. Its distinctive design has earned it comparisons to a Lamborghini on the sea.

The yacht can reportedly be chartered for between €350,000 and €390,000 per week, depending on the season. Powered by twin MTU engines producing a combined 2,636 horsepower, it can cruise at around 17 knots and reach a top speed of 21 knots.

The vessel has a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots and can accommodate up to 12 guests, supported by a crew of 12. Inside, the yacht features a spacious main salon with a bar and large seating areas. Floor to ceiling doors open onto the exterior deck, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Guests as well have access to a swimming pool, gym, Jacuzzi and a luxury spa equipped with a treatment area and sauna. A separate playroom can be used for children or converted into an additional guest room.

The master suite includes a large patio, panoramic terrace and a striking vertical garden extending across two decks. Six spacious cabins can accommodate up to 12 guests, while large windows offer uninterrupted views of the Ionian Sea. Guilfoyle’s trip comes as the Ionian islands continue to attract international celebrities, influencers and high profile visitors during the summer season.
