Banana and nut cake: slice after slice, it will win you over.

My cake includes not only bananas, but also walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon: a unique blend of flavors and aromas. Just follow the simple step-by-step recipe!

3 eggs

150g of whole cane sugar

200 g of flour

80 g of potato starch

100 ml of peanut oil to taste

350g of bananas

1 sachet of baking powder

grated peel of an untreated lemon

30g of chopped walnuts

30g of chopped almonds

Banana and Nut Cake Recipe

To prepare this dessert, start by mixing the brown sugar and eggs in a bowl; this will take a few minutes. Then, add the sifted flour and potato starch, peanut oil, and mashed banana (just peel, dice, and mash it with a fork). Add the baking powder, cinnamon, and lemon zest.

Finally, add the chopped walnuts and almonds, mix well, and pour the mixture into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and a few more chopped walnuts and almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35 to 40 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick before turning off the oven.

Only then will you know the cake is ready. Turn off the oven when it's baked and let it cool completely before removing it from the pan. Serve it in slices and enjoy!
