Holybelly 19 in Paris takes a more global approach than Holybelly 5

Sarah Mouchot and Nicolas Alary's cafes on Rue Lucien-Sampaix are always packed. While Holybelly 5 offers classic British breakfast fare, Holybelly 19, with its marble tables, turquoise banquettes, and exposed light bulbs, takes a more global approach.

Lunch features khachapuri, a Georgian bread filled with melted cheese and fresh herbs. Steamed leeks are served with peanut gomasio, sesame oil, and a small nest of fried leeks.

The Basque beef tartare is served with kimchi, a Pampol coconut bean mousseline, and a sesame tuile. The real stars of the lunch are the pear and walnut butter scones, which are especially delicious when paired with buffalo blue cheese.

Breakfast is served from nine in the morning until noon, with dishes such as egg and toast with salted butter, mini donuts with dulce de leche sauce, coconut yogurt with seasonal fruit and puffed quinoa, or smoked pork croquettes with homemade piccalilli.

To drink there is Swedish coffee from Koppi Roasters (€3.50 per cup), tea from Parti du Thé (€5 per teapot), Vivant jasmine and raspberry kombucha (€5 for 330 ml), Deck & Donohue pale ale beer (€5 for 330 ml) and a glass of natural wine, such as the Loire white from Le Clos du Tue-Bœuf (€6).

Breakfast dishes cost between €4 and €8, and the menu between €24 and €31.
