Jean Imbert inaugura un bosque culinario encantado en Disneyland París
El chef francés Jean Imbert abre en Disneyland París «La Forêt Secrète», un restaurante inspirado en la historia de Disney que reinventa platos como la ratatouille de Rémy.
Renowned French chef Jean Imbert has ventured into the magical world of Disneyland Paris to open his own restaurant, inspired by his childhood memories and Disney history. Named "La Forêt Secrète," the establishment envelops diners in a fairytale.
The interior is inspired by an enchanted forest, with enormous chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, bird motifs, and lush vegetation. The tableware contributes to this atmosphere, with silver cutlery and collectible pieces such as the iconic teapot from Beauty and the Beast.
Located in the newly renovated Disneyland Hotel, the menu blends haute French cuisine with the charm of animated films. Highlights include the seafood specialty, presented as a tribute to "The Little Mermaid," and drinks such as Mrs. Potts' potion from "Beauty and the Beast."
The menu also includes a section for the little ones, with options such as "fairy godmother soup" or "fish and chips from the 'Tangled' lantern festival".
The desserts, reinvented by pastry chef Axel Michenau, close the experience with creations such as the "Mickey soufflé".
