Where to Find Crispy, Cheese-Stuffed Korean Corn Dogs in DFW
Dallas loves nothing more than an over-the-top food trend, and Korean hot dogs definitely deliver. Similar to the traditional, American-style corn dog, Korean dogs are often crusted in potato or panko and stuffed with fillings like squid ink and cheese.
Both visually interesting and totally decadent, these snacks on a stick are both perfect Instagram fodder and a top-notch cure for the munchies. Over the past several months, corn dog shops have started to pop up all over DFW, serving their own unique riffs on the classic Korean street food snack. Here’s where to find them.
Oh! K Dog & Egg Toast
Home to two trendy Korean street foods — cheesy egg toasts are also on the menu — Oh K Dog serves twelve different types of corn dog, and they’re all worth a try. There’s the Classic Dog, which just involves a weiner dipped in batter and crusted in panko, or the Squid Dog, which is dipped in a squid ink batter and stuffed with mozzarella cheese. The end of the dog is also cut to resemble a squid, make this an especially adorable snack. For folks who aren’t into hot dogs, Oh! K Dog also serves skewered and batter-dipped rice cakes.

Located in the second floor food court at Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre mall, everything on the menu at K-Dogs is served on a stick. There’s classic cheesy corn dogs, in both the Korean style and with a traditional cornmeal batter, along with sour cream and onion twisted potatoes. Wash it all down with a freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade.

Unicorndog Irving
Tucked into a tiny, bright yellow space that’s drive-thru only, Unicorndog is worth the drive out to Irving. Here, find corn dogs crusted with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, bacon, and stuffed with jalapeno-cheddar franks. For dessert, find funnel cakes and towering cups of shaved ice topped with ice cream.

Two Hands Seoul Fresh Corn Dogs
Trends collide at this Grand Prairie newcomer, where Korean corn dogs dipped in spicy, Nashville-style seasoning await. Two Hands is known for its signature seasoning and sauce blend, which balances spicy, sweet, and savory. Horchata slushies, tater tots showered in Hot Cheetos crumbles, and classic American-style corn dogs are also on the menu.
