Manhattan Chinatown Restaurants Are Offering Weeklong Specials

NYC community organization Welcome to Chinatown is hosting Chinatown Restaurant Week. 18 restaurants in the Manhattan neighborhood will be offering meal specials this month, from Monday, May 19, through Saturday, May 24.

People can dine at participating restaurants and collect a varying number of points by scanning QR codes at each place. Reservations are required for prix fixe dinners at sit-down spots including Hop Kee, Phoenix Palace, and Ming Wong. Fast-casual restaurants, such as Taiwan Beer House, Maxi Noodle, and Mee Sum Cafe, will offer either set meals or dish specials. With every three points, people get a raffle ticket eligible for winning a free meal at one of the participating restaurants. Winners will be announced the week of Monday, May 26.
