Fettuccine with zucchini, tomatoes, and feta

- ripe tomatoes – 4 pcs.
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- garlic – 2 cloves
- juice of 1 lemon
- zucchini – 300 g
- salt – to taste
- fettuccine – 300 g
- feta cheese – 150 g
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, save 2 tablespoons of the broth.
- Wash the zucchini and cut into half-moons. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the zucchini and garlic for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and pasta liquid and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the diced cheese. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Divide the fettuccine among plates and pour the vegetable sauce over it.
