- Mix the eggs with the diced cacciatorino, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Pour the spaghetti into this mixture and mix well.
- Grease the egg pan (ø 10 cm) with a drizzle of oil, heat it and place a portion of spaghetti (a quarter of the total quantity) in it, forming a sort of skein. Add a spoonful of egg and salami.
- Cook the frittata for 2-3 minutes per side. Finally, top with a thin slice of cheese to soften it. Repeat until you have three more frittatas.
- Fill each burger bun with a few lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices, the cheese omelette, and a few sliced gherkins.
- A pop pairing with beer. The 9 Luppoli IPA from Birrificio Angelo Poretti goes well, an unfiltered, top-fermented beer with a citrus flavor and a distinctive bitterness, typical of the variety. Also available at super. €3.50 for a pack of three 33cl bottles. birrificioangeloporetti.it
How to make a spaghetti omelette sandwich?
To make the spaghetti sandwich, we cooked the spaghetti (but you can also use leftovers) and mixed it with eggs, cacciatorino cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Then, we made a pasta frittata with a slice of melted cheese on top. We filled the sandwich with the spaghetti frittata, lettuce, tomato, and gherkins.
