An all-Italian pleasure

An all-Italian pleasure

Just a few months after their launch, the machines in the new Gaggia Espresso series have already become an icon of Italian style, thanks to their impeccable technical details, timeless elegance and excellent in-cup results, allowing you to enjoy your own “barista at home” experience, whether you choose to use ground coffee or prefer paper pods.

The details that make it great

Gaggia Espresso models, recognizable by their compact, contemporary aesthetics, are available in a range of colors perfect for any decor style and are intuitive and easy to use, even for the less experienced. The line is divided into the Espresso Style, Espresso Deluxe, and Espresso Evolution models, which differ in design details and finishes, all in the traditional Gaggia Milano colors. They all share common technical features, making them unique on the market: the PID system, which offers constant and precise control of the boiler temperature during coffee brewing and the steam for milk frothing, for traditional in-cup results; automatic pre-infusion, which ensures optimal extraction of coffee aromas and a consistent, velvety layer of natural crema; the new ergonomic filter holder, equipped with double-chamber filters for ground coffee and single-serving paper pods; and the "memo" function, which allows you to save the brewing time of your favorite espresso, so you can recall it day after day with the simple press of a button.

The machine's ease of use is also enhanced by highly practical solutions: thanks to a simple height-adjustable system, for example, the cup holder and drip tray can accommodate both espresso cups and mugs depending on the desired beverage, ensuring the distance from the dispensing spout is always just right. This is an important feature for ensuring a perfectly natural crema on the coffee's surface, avoiding splashes. The new pannarello features an internal movement system that increases its articulation both horizontally and vertically, facilitating the insertion and removal of milk jugs of various sizes, for optimal milk frothiness and avoiding drips on the worktop. The new water tank has a clearly visible liquid level and is easily removed for refilling when necessary, while the new filter holder features an ergonomic “touch feel” handle that promotes optimal tamping of the ground coffee inside the filter, as well as allowing a secure grip and the possibility of placing it on the work surface without it becoming unbalanced and falling.

Expression of Italian style

Espresso isn't just Gaggia's latest innovation; it represents a key step in an ambitious project, begun in 2017, which brought all production back to Italy, to Gaggio Montano in the province of Bologna, making the brand a truly 100% Italian choice on the market. Direct monitoring of every design and production phase guarantees consumers quality machines designed to last. Because the pleasure of a good coffee never ends.
