Baked pasta with ham and cream sauce

La pasta al horno gusta a casi todo el mundo, sin importar la edad. Es muy fácil de preparar y puedes hornearla en varios recipientes pequeños y llevarla al trabajo para el almuerzo. Incluso quienes no tienen experiencia pueden preparar pasta al horno con jamón y salsa de crema.

Ingredientes · Raciones For 4 people
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g pork ham
  • chive
  • 30g butter
  • 30 g plain wheat flour
  • 500ml milk
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 150 g gouda
  • 400 g fusilli
Método · 55 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a baking dish (22 x 22 cm) with butter.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the ham into strips. Wash, dry and finely chop the chives.
  3. Fry the onion and garlic in butter in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes. Add the flour and fry until golden brown.
  4. Add the milk, whisk until smooth and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the cream, bring to the boil again and remove from the heat.
  5. Stir the chives into the sauce and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Mix the ham strips and 2/3 of the Gouda with the pasta, place in a baking dish and pour over the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining Gouda and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a salad.

Baked pasta is loved by almost everyone, regardless of age. It is really easy to prepare and you can bake it in several smaller bowls and take it to work for lunch. Baked pasta with ham and cream sauce can be mastered even by complete beginners.
