Sardine spread

La pasta de pescado, especialmente la de sardinas, es un clásico en cenas frías y fiestas. Es sencilla y deliciosa. Si tienes una lata de sardinas y un frasco de pepinillos en tu despensa, ya tienes la mitad del trabajo hecho.

Ingredientes · Raciones For 2–4 people
  • 1 pc pickled cucumber
  • 1 can of sardines (canned)
  • 1 tsp full-fat mustard
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
Método · 25 min
  1. Finely chop the onion and cucumber or place them in a blender jar.
  2. Add the fish, mustard, yolk and finely chopped egg white, cheese or cottage cheese and mix. Pulse a few times in the blender.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Serve the nakhniličko garnished with fresh dill and micro herbs, for example, an egg.
