Sardine spread

Fish spread, specifically sardine spread, is a staple of cold dinners and parties. It's simple and yet so good. If you have a can of sardines and a jar of pickles in your pantry, you're halfway there.

Ingredients · Servings For 2–4 people
  • 1 pc pickled cucumber
  • 1 can of sardines (canned)
  • 1 tsp full-fat mustard
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
Method · 25 min
  1. Finely chop the onion and cucumber or place them in a blender jar.
  2. Add the fish, mustard, yolk and finely chopped egg white, cheese or cottage cheese and mix. Pulse a few times in the blender.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Serve the nakhniličko garnished with fresh dill and micro herbs, for example, an egg.
