Buckwheat salad with tuna

Buckwheat salad with tuna is a light and nutritious salad full of protein, vegetables and fresh herbs. Thanks to buckwheat, tuna and a fresh lemon dressing, it is ideal as a quick lunch, dinner or snack in a box.

Ingredients · Servings For 6 people
  • 150 g tuna (canned)
  • 1 can canned corn
  • 1 can sterilized peas
  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
Method · 30 min
  1. Drain the tuna and break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Drain the peas and corn and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cut the cucumbers, peeled apple and red onion into small cubes. Mix them with cooked buckwheat, corn, peas, tuna and a few drops of tuna oil.
  3. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, dill and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly more lemon juice. Source: Moje Gotowanie
