Kiss the Boys Goodbye Gin and Cognac Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
1 ounce Cognac, preferably Pierre Ferrand
1 ounce sloe gin, preferably Hayman’s
3/4 ounce egg white (optional)
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce cane sugar simple syrup
Garnish: Angostura bitters
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
Seal the shaker and dry-shake.
Add ice, and shake to chill.
Strain into a coupe.
To garnish, apply the bitters in the shape of a heart.
