Laura Escanes: "The most I've ever spent in a restaurant is 1,000 euros and I enjoyed it like a child."

We took advantage of a meeting with ELLE, where we talked to Laura Escanes about love, warning signs, work and therapy, to delve deeper into this more gastronomic facet.

Always ready to answer frankly, the content creator confesses how much she's spent at a restaurant. "I think it was 1,000 euros per person. It's outrageous, but I enjoyed it immensely." Beyond the luxury of haute cuisine, accessible only to a privileged few, Laura Escanes also enjoys life's simple flavors, like, for example, that recipe that still transports her back home: her father's macaroni.

She admits she's not much of a cook, but if there's one recipe that's always a hit at home, it's the orange cake she makes with her daughter Roma. Why complicate things when you can win everyone over with a good cake?

We couldn't finish her food questionnaire without asking her about Bridget Jones's syndrome, or those post-breakup binges that sometimes take over when we're depressed. Although Laura admits she prefers savory food, with a special mention for fried eggs and chips, she knows that nothing compares to chocolate, chocolate ice cream, or, of course, a chocolate crepe when it comes to getting over a breakup.
