Cocktail bars, which operate primarily in the evening, had to quickly adapt to the new opening hours. Despite the difficulties, many establishments remained undeterred and, unable to serve their customers at tables or at the bar, decided to take advantage of the

after dinner, between basic and signature cocktails, beers and spirits.
Brakes and Clutches – Trastevere
Ready-to-drink cans are available for takeout at Caramella, a bar in Trastevere, until 10 p.m., and for delivery via Deliveroo. You can choose between
spritz, americano, gin and tonic, whisky and cola, but if you prefer something different choose the
Malecon. This is a preview of the new menu, which will be released as soon as regulations allow, featuring their own Havana 3 rum, Aguardiente Santero, tonka bean, and tropical soda.

Bus – Pigneto
favorite gin take a look at the proposals of the Pigneto gin shop: for
gin and tonic or lemon, choice of gin between Beefeater, Tanqueray and Bombay Dry, paired with Cortese sodas and lemon, or negroni, boulevardier, old fashioned, vodka tonic and lemon.
Cocktails are mixed but not diluted, so ice is included in the shipment. All drinks cost €7, and there's a special offer: five Buseto drinks for €30 (instead of €35), delivered in colorful, cheerful packaging designed by the Buseto staff.
Blind Pig – San Giovanni
At the Blind Pig, after 6 pm and until 9 pm, you can start with takeaway beer and cocktails in half-liter cans, part of the Extra project. Among the options to choose from are Gin and Tonic (9 euros), Paloma (10 euros), and the latest addition, the Spritz (9 euros).

Rude Centocelle – Centocelle
The guys at Rude are ready to take orders from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a delivery menu, offering bottled drinks, wines, and sparkling wines (from €7 to €35). The takeaway menu, meanwhile, features all their signature drinks (from €6 to €10). Deliveries will be made within a 2 km radius of the venue. Treefolk's Public House (freshly remodeled.
opening) orders will be placed by phone. The menu offers plenty of choice: from Gin and Tonic (10-12 euros) to Bloody Mary (7-10 euros), passing through
signature cocktail (12 -23 euros) and for different types of

Blackmarket Hall – Monti
Blackmarket Hall lovers will be happy to know that the delivery service is already active on Deliveroo and Just Eat, every day from 6:30 pm to midnight. It will be possible to order not just single drinks, but also bottles of spirits, wine, and beer.

Social Pigneto's takeout and delivery service starts at 6 pm. Orders can be placed by phone or via their social media pages, Instagram, and Facebook. Basic cocktails to choose from (€6): negroni, spritz, gin and tonic, gin lemon, vodka sour, vodka lemon, whiskey sour, old fashioned, and more. If you prefer, they also offer their signature cocktails (€8), along with revisited and customized variations.
