Baked Brie with figs, thyme and pecans

This recipe from St. Dalfour for baked Brie with figs, thyme, and pecans is quick and easy to prepare. A symbol of French culinary culture!

  • 250 g Brie (round)
  • 2-3 tablespoons St. Dalfour Royal fig spread
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 3-4 tablespoons of chopped pecans
  • crostini for serving
  • 1 apple, sliced ​​for serving
Method · 18 min
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  2. Unwrap the Brie and place it in a small, shallow baking dish.
