At Christmas, sitting at the table is even more beautiful

December has begun, the month when Italians spend the most time cooking. Countless aperitifs and dinners to organize to wish friends a happy birthday, snacks for children's parties, all the way to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day, and finally, closing out the year with a bang with New Year's Eve.

Christmas lunch is already ready

Always looking for new ideas for serving mouth-watering dishes? The selection at Iper La grande i goes far beyond that of a standard hypermarket, with refined and unique products, such as the Bislacco aged pecorino, aged in rum and tobacco; or the Ficorum aged pecorino, aged in fig leaves and rum, to be served, perhaps on Christmas Day, as part of a rich appetizer buffet. This can also include gastronomic panettone, available in cured meat or fish versions, traditional Ligurian cima, Russian salad or capricciosa, homemade pâté, Burgundy-style snails, smoked duck breast, and 30-month-aged PDO Parma ham; or the Iper La grande i Quality Patto cured meats, produced from pigs raised in Italy according to specific animal welfare requirements. And so, after the appetizer buffet, your Christmas lunch can continue with lasagna alla boscaiola, with mixed mushrooms, or with salmon; crepes with ham, mushrooms, or salmon; or pizzoccheri: all made by Iper La grande i. As well as duck à l'orange, braised beef, or veal with mushrooms, meat dishes perfect for this special day. A must-try is panettone made by Iper La grande i, made with free-range eggs, Italian butter, sulfite-free candied orange peel, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and Callebaut chocolate, also available in Chocolate and Almond flavors. To enjoy all these delicacies, simply reserve them at your favorite store and pick them up on the day you choose.
