Beer Catania: Aci Trezza hosts “Craft by the Coast” from September 25th to 27th
From September 25th to 27th, Aci Trezza will host "Craft by the Coast," the new edition of Beer Catania, welcoming summer to the famous seaside village.
"Baptism of the Sea," a first scuba diving experience with qualified instructors. The activities will also be an opportunity to educate the public about biodiversity, marine conservation, and the seabed of the Cyclops Islands.
For the little ones, thanks to a partnership with the Lega Navale Italiana – Aci Trezza chapter, free Optimist outings are available for children aged 6 to 12. This initial introduction to sailing also becomes an educational experience, through understanding the sea, respecting the rules, developing independence and responsibility, and fostering a culture of environmental protection, collaboration, and legality.
A photographic storytelling project that will bring the sea and work stories that have spanned generations to the Alaggio docks. It's a way to celebrate the artisanal and cultural heritage that continues to be part of the village's identity.
ART AND CREATIVITY The collaboration with Urban Street Art Sicily, already featured in the May edition at Villa Pacini, continues. During the three-day festival, workshops, exhibitions, and artistic activities dedicated to the languages of street art and contemporary creativity will be held. The goal is to transform the Scalo spaces into places of participation and encounter, engaging a diverse audience, including families and children.
THREE NIGHTS OF LIVE MUSIC Live music will close out the days.
On Friday 25th September the following will take the stage:
Southern Room, with a repertoire of vintage sounds and great classics.
On Saturday, September 26th, it will be the turn of I Reduci di Peppe, a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute band, for an evening of rock and funk.
Sunday 27th September will be the
Sventuras closed the edition with the last live show in front of the Faraglioni.
