Biocoop Wine Fair 2026: Bottles not to be missed

Biocoop Wine Fair 2026: Bottles not to be missed

The organic food retailer is naturally featuring organic and biodynamic wines in its wine fair and is making a splash with a well-chosen selection, including cheese and wine pairings.

  • Beaujolais côte-de-brouilly 2022, Domaine Dupré-Goujon, La Démarrante 16/20.

A very fine Côte-de-Brouilly, spicy, with a long finish, supple, and driven by aromas of dark fruit. To be served with a blanquette.

  • Biodynamic, Eclipsia, Vincent Couche 16.5/20

The talented winemaker Vincent Couche, based in both southern Champagne and Burgundy, produces a very fine rosé champagne, vinous, with notes of redcurrant, to be served with brie or braised meat.

  • Italie IGP Terre Siciliane 2024, Nerello Mascalese, Puppu Lunaria Orsogna 15.5/20.

Produced in southern Italy, in Sicily, this is a harmonious red wine with notes of red fruit, delicate and smooth on the palate, reminiscent of a Beaujolais. It would be perfect to accompany a roast chicken.

  • Languedoc 2025, La Roche Trouée Famille Fabre 15/20.
  • Crémant de Loire, Cuvée 40 ans, Amirault Vignerons 15/20.
